Gina's Story

For over 11 years, Gina Buzzell led and managed a five million dollar operation, guiding teams of 10 to 12 representatives to consistently drive growth, performance, and meaningful impact. Her leadership is rooted not only in strategy and accountability, but in a genuine commitment to uplifting others and helping people reach their full potential. She now serves as a dedicated property manager and active real estate professional, bringing that same passion for service, integrity, and excellence into every aspect of her work. Gina’s exceptional interpersonal skills and her ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life have been key drivers of her professional success. Her intuition and emotional intelligence translate into strong client relationships, high-performing teams, and consistent results. As a member of the Board of Directors for Crazy Faith Community Homes and Resource Center, Gina is devoted to providing resources, guidance, and hope to veterans, individuals in recovery, survivors of human trafficking, families experiencing homelessness, and young adults aging out of foster care.
