Elijah's Story

E’lijah Gray is a former Division I football player, professional arena football athlete, and graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a proven record of athletic excellence, leadership, and service. During his collegiate career, he earned First Team All-Conference honors twice, became a 1,000-yard rusher, and was selected to participate in the FCS Bowl, demonstrating his commitment to excellence both on and off the field. He continued pursuing his passion by competing professionally in arena football. As the founder of The Blueprint, E’lijah is dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes through comprehensive training that emphasizes skill development, strength and conditioning, discipline, character, leadership, and accountability. His mission is to help athletes maximize their God-given potential, build confidence, and establish a strong foundation for success in sports, education, and life. Beyond athletics, E’lijah has a deep passion for serving others. He believes true leadership is measured by how you serve those in need. His heart for helping the poor, mentoring young people, and strengthening communities led him to serve as President of the Board of Directors for Crazy Faith Community Homes & Resource Center. In this role, he is committed to advancing the organization’s mission of restoring hope by supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness, veterans, youth aging out of foster care, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, and others facing difficult life circumstances. He is honored to use his leadership, compassion, and faith to help create lasting change and empower others to build brighter futures.
