Dondre is passionate about using his professional and personal experiences to make a lasting impact beyond the workplace. His desire to serve on the Crazy Faith Board of Directors stems from a commitment to developing the next generation of leaders by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for youth to reach their full potential. He is equally passionate about supporting veterans by helping connect them with resources, career opportunities, and strong community networks that enable successful transitions into civilian life. As a board member, Dondre hopes to contribute strategic leadership, operational insight, and a collaborative mindset to further Crazy Faith's mission. He believes that investing in people—especially young leaders and those who have served our country—creates stronger communities and lasting, generational change.
